It’s been years since I last tried an OFRA Cosmetics liquid lipstick, and I’m really questioning why. I was actually shocked at how featherlight the velvety-finish formula felt on my lips — as if I wasn’t wearing anything at all, much less a long-lasting lipstick.I don’t wear lip liners with liquid lipstick so application took about 20 seconds, tops. I do, however, apply a lip treatment (like Paula’s Choice Lip Booster) for anywhere from 5 to 20 mins and wipe off the excess balm before going in with any liquid lipstick.
